Land Guardian Training Across Multiple Seasons
For Indigenous training, community priorities guide the approach. In this case, the community wanted participants to gain experience in different environmental conditions while meeting its funding and delivery requirements. We worked with the community’s experts and Knowledge Keepers to divide their Land Guardian Program between winter and spring, allowing participants to develop skills across multiple seasons.
