Environmental Project Management (EPM) is a three-day online course that provides participants with practical, in-demand skills for planning, delivering, and closing environmental projects effectively.

Through exercises, lectures, and realistic case studies, participants will develop skills in defining project goals, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), budgeting, scheduling resources, as well as identifying and managing risks and invested partners specific to environmental projects. They will also become familiar with the tools, techniques, and best practices used to track project progress, control scope and costs, and ensure quality from kickoff to final reporting, all within the unique context of environmental projects.

Graduates of the EPM course will be prepared for roles supporting environmental projects and natural resource management initiatives with Indigenous communities, environmental consulting firms, governments, and conservation organizations.
